Sustainable Women Entrepreneurial Performance in Kuwait

This study aims to explore the sustainable entrepreneurship practices undertaken in women -owned businesses by investigating entrepreneurial performance (SWEP) outcomes as they are considered an important contributor success of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). However, little is known about factors that influence SWEP within SMEs Kuwait, how these may vary across different contexts populations. To address this gap, uses a mixed-methods approach involving 76 SME owners managers Kuwait tested several hypotheses relationships between knowledge sharing capacity, innovation opportunity recognition, SWEP. The results statistical qualitative analyses provided strong evidence for positive sharing, innovation, recognition on also highlighted moderating role family interference parts practices. findings have implications theory practice, suggest promoting be effective strategies improving Kuwait.
